Term of Service

This Agreement was originally written in Bahasa Indonesia. If the translated version of this Agreement conflicts with the Bahasa Indonesia version, the Indonesian version shall prevail.

Acknowledgment and Agreement

Welcome to Symbolic ID! By downloading, installing, and/or using Symbolic ID application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), you agree that you have read, understood, accepted, and agreed to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Application (as defined below) and apply to your visit and use of our application.

These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, SMS, API, email notifications, applications, buttons, widgets, ads, commercial services, and any other linked services related to these Terms, as well as all information, text, links, graphics, images, photos, videos, and other materials or arrangements of materials that are uploaded, downloaded, or appear on the service (hereinafter referred to as the 'Content'). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policy regarding amendments or improvements to these Terms in the future. You are welcome to not use and/or visit Symbolic ID if you do not agree to be bound by these Terms.

Using the Service
1. Who can use the services. You can only use the service if you agree to enter into a binding agreement with Symbolic ID. You must be at least 13 years old or have reached the minimum age considered sufficient under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia to use Symbolic ID. If you accept these Terms and use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, government, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
2. Privacy policy. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us when using our Services. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use (as further set forth in the Privacy Policy) of this information, including the transfer of this information to various areas for storage, processing and use by Symbolic ID and its affiliates.
3. Account registration and security. You will be asked to provide certain information about yourself when registering in the Application. You agree to provide us with accurate information, including your real name when creating an account in the Application. We will treat the information you provide as part of the registration in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You must be careful in maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
  
  You are responsible for the security of your account, including, but not limited to, maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Symbolic ID encourages users not to provide their password to anyone, either to third parties or to those who claim to be Symbolic ID representatives. Symbolic ID is not responsible for losses or damages caused by misuse of user accounts. You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the data/identity information provided to Symbolic ID when registering. Symbolic ID cannot guarantee the true identity, age, and nationality of a user. In connection with the above, we are not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of inaccurate data/identity information provided to Symbolic ID or non-compliance with these registration requirements.
4. Changes to the application. We always strive to improve your experience on the Application. We may need to add or change features and can do so without notice to you.
Your Content
1. Definition of your content. All information, text, links, graphics, images, photos, videos, and other materials or arrangements of materials that you upload, post or display to others through the Application collectively referred to as "Your Content."
2. License to your content. We do not claim ownership rights to your content. You own your content (and your photos and videos are part of your content) which you submit on or through the Service. What is yours is yours. You grant us a license to use it. You are fully responsible for the use of the Service and any content you post, including compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and laws in the Republic of Indonesia.
  
  By submitting, posting, or displaying Content on or through the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed). This license authorizes us as an information media service provider to make your content available worldwide and allow others to do the same. You agree that this license includes the right of Symbolic ID to provide, promote, and improve the Services and allow Content to be submitted to or through the Service available to other companies, organizations, or individuals for syndication, broadcast, distribution, promotion, or publication of such. Content on other media and services, as per our terms and conditions for using such content. Additional use by Symbolic ID or other companies, organizations, or individuals may be done without compensation paid to you for the Content you submit, post, or provide through the Service.
3. Responsibility for content use. Any use of or reliance on any Content or materials sent through the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your sole risk. We do not endorse, endorse, represent or guarantee the completeness, correctness, accuracy or reliability of any Content or communications posted through the Service or endorse opinions expressed through the Service. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that may be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or inappropriate, or in some cases, posts that have been mislabeled or otherwise deceptive. You can report to us (using the "report" feature) if you find content as mentioned above. We may not monitor or control the Content posted through the Services and, we cannot be held responsible for such Content. However, we implement locking methods (posts, comments, and answers) so that inappropriate material is not uploaded on the Service. In addition, we also use blocking methods (temporary and permanent) to block abusive users.
4. Intellectual property rights and copyrights. By posting your Content on Symbolic ID, you represent and warrant to us that: i) you have the ownership rights, or you have obtained all necessary licenses or permits from any necessary parties, to use your content and give us the right to use your content. you as provided for in this Agreement, and ii) that posting your Content does not violate any intellectual property or personal rights of others or any applicable laws or regulations. You accept full responsibility for avoiding infringement of the intellectual property or personal rights of others or violation of laws and regulations in relation to your Content. You are responsible for ensuring that your Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. You agree to pay all royalties, fees and other monies owed to anyone by reason of your Content.
  
  Symbolic ID respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects Service users to do the same. We reserve the right to remove allegedly infringing Content without prior notification, at our sole discretion and discretion, and without the obligation to notify you. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law and are provided in an appropriate manner to us.
Symbolic ID cannot be sued for any statements, errors, inaccuracies or deficiencies in any content published by users. If you are unable to comply with these terms of use, we reserve the right to take further action. Those of you who violate these Terms may terminate their membership or access without warning.
Ending These Terms.

You may terminate your legal agreement with Symbolic ID at any time by deactivating your account and discontinuing your use of the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account or stop providing all or part of the Services to you at any time without reason, including but not limited to, if we reasonably believe: (i) you have violated these Terms, (ii) you are creating risk or possible exposure law for us; (iii) your account must be terminated for unlawful act, (iv) your account must be terminated due to prolonged inactivity; or (v) providing the Services to you is no longer commercially viable. We will use reasonable efforts to notify you via the email address associated with your account or the next time you try to access your account, depending on the circumstances. In all such cases, these Terms shall terminate, including, but not limited to, your license to use the Service, except that the following sections shall continue to apply: II, III, and V. If you believe that your account has been terminated in error, you may file an appeal following the steps found in our help center.

Privacy Policy

Symbolic ID acknowledges that your privacy is very important and we take it seriously. This Privacy Policy aims to help you understand the data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information Collection: We collect information that you provide to us directly when using Symbolic ID services. This information includes your name, contact information such as email address and mobile phone number, and other information deemed important. Additionally, we also collect content that you upload, such as questions, answers, photos, and comments. We also record your communications with us and collect information about how you use the Symbolic ID platform.

Information Usage: We use the information we collect to develop and improve the Symbolic ID service, provide relevant and personalized content, maintain the security of our service, and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties without your consent.

Information Security: We maintain the security of your information by using appropriate security measures, such as identity verification and data encryption. Although we strive to maintain the security of your information, Symbolic ID is not responsible for damages or loss of information caused by third-party actions or extraordinary events.

Access and Control: You have the right to access or delete your personal information at any time. To do this, please follow the instructions and procedures set by Symbolic ID.

Privacy Policy Updates: We may update the Privacy Policy from time to time in accordance with applicable regulations. To ensure that you always understand our latest Privacy Policy, we recommend that you read it carefully periodically.
